The April 24 edition of the NewsHour with Jim Lehrer focused on the crackdown of leaks in the CIA (with the recent accusation that Mary McCarthy leaked the truth about CIA "black site" torture chambers around the world).  One of the featured guests, Ray McGovern, called out the CIA's war crimes and the need for government employees to do the right thing when torture is being committed.  Ray McGovern is a former CIA analyst who took part in the Commission of Inquiry on Crimes Against Humanity Committed by the Bush Administration and recently marched into Congress wearing an orange jumpsuit like the tortured detainees at Guantanamo Bay, and returned his Intelligence Medal.

While torture is being justified and made government policy, Ray McGovern's unequivocal condemnation of war crimes committed by the Bush regime and his challenge to government employees to speak up.
