Oakland Education Association Resolution Supporting State of the Union Protests

Resolution passed by unanimous vote of the Oakland Education Association, Jan. 9, 2006:

The Oakland Education Association supports the right to participate in January 31st activities called by WORLD CANT WAIT/DRIVE OUT THE BUSH REGIME to protest Bush's State of the Union Address, and further supports the policy of no reprisals against students, teachers and others in the school community who do participate in protest activities that day.
