October 6 Union Square at 6:30 until... We are showing the video "Collateral Murder" on laptops and talking to people.  We will meet at 17th Street and University Place.  Bring your laptop and join us. We have plenty of the DVDs.   We did this in Washington Square Park last week.  We had a lot of good conversations with people both young and old.  By the way, we are looking to raise funds to buy a projector to present the video more dramatically (on buildings, screens, etc.).  Let us know if you can help (nyc@worldcantwait.org).

Afghanistan 9th Anniversary Protest AT BRIDGE IN MORRISVILLE, PA

As the 9th anniversary of the Afghanistan war is reached, and the US enters its tenth year of war there, the Princeton-based Coalition for Peace Action (CFPA) is organizing several Vigils in its region on Thursday, October 7.

From 4:30-6:00 PM, the Bucks and Eastern Montgomery chapters of CFPA are holding a Vigil on the Morrisville side of the Trenton Makes Bridge on Bridge Street in Morrisville. They will also be holding posters and banners.
