speaker Anne Wright

aThe 'Speaking the Unspeakable: Is the Bush Administration Guilty of War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity?' tour made it's second stop at the University of Hawaii on March 27th.

Even though the event fell on the same date as Spring Break day and a State Holiday, 150-175 people came to hear featured speaker Anne Wright and testimony from Iraq war veterans/ Iraq Veterans Against the War.   The speakers, accompanied by a slideshow and a short Bush Crimes Commission video, brought the audience to a standing ovation after gaining the moral clarity and sense of purpose to take responsibility for changing the course of history.

The event was organized by the Hawai'i Chapters of Not in Our Name & World Can't Wait- Drive Out the Bush Regime.
